L Thea nine and lemon balm v kalms lavender
Hi all.
Going through a rough patch and looking for something to take the edge off. Has anyone tried L theanine and lemon balm capsules? Any reviews?
Also I have the new kalms lavender and wondered if they were any good?
I'm in citalopram so anyone know if they're ok to take?
So anxious I'm too anxious to take them!
Also dizziness is driving me insane, any tips?
Thank you in advance
A strung out anna x

Anyone?
I've been having panic attack after panic attack with no let up in between since yesterday morning. I'm desperate.

Annabelle, I,ve been looking at L theanine too. Does anyone have any experience of it?

Hi Annabelle,
I bought some today but then researched and it seem like it may give you a calmness but at the expense of reducing serotonin or possibly increasing it. I'm not risking it with my paroxetine tbh. Same story with the valerian tablets I got.

I tried it and it definitely took the edge off. No weird side effects just a gentle calming which was nice!
Didn't work on a big panic attack but helped to keep a wobbly day under control.

Hi was wondering how you got on with the l-theanine and what dose you were taking? Thanks
Re: L Thea nine and lemon balm v kalms lavender
L theanine and gaba works for me when I am extremely panicky. I am prone to travel anxiety and take the combo on planes. I ended up luckily sleeping through the plane ride. Sleep never happened for me on planes till the combo.
L theanine has the ability to keep you awake and not panicky as well, depends on the person. Theanine is a YMMV product as far as drowsiness goes. Try it, you might not be disappointed, for me, it takes a lot of the edge off and helps the afterward fatigue I do get from panic attacks.
