I Cycled with my gf up to her work wich is only about a 5-10 cycle so nothing really but i havent done any propper exersize is ages.. and it was fine when i was cycling but when i got home and got in i now feel really dizzy and my chest/ heart hurts :/ im i ok? i dont want to die from my heart stoping or something =[
Hope you are feeling better by now. You probably hyperventilated when cycling hence the dizziness. Nothing to worry about.
