Worried about constant warm sensation in left leg thigh

For the last week I have finally found out that I have oesphogus ulcer and have been taking pantoprazole for the last 2 1/2 weeks over the last couple of days anytime of the day I have gotten this warm sensation on my left thigh and it's feels like just warm or warm Tingly feeling and it's worrying me I'm thinking it's a blood clot :/
I have been under a lot of stress this past week as I'm trying to relocate and find a flat wether that has anything to do with it stress wise I don't knoe

Barrie, sometimes I get this, or it might be similar, it's like sitting a cup of warm tea on your lap? My mum says she gets it too and she got it a lot when she was getting varicose veins. Do you have varicose veins in the family...? I would call your doctor and just ask or could you speak to the pharmacy and ask if it's part of the side effects or they could guide you?
