cutting down

Hi All
Finally I have managed to cut cipralex down to 5mg. I have been cutting it by around 2.5mg and in a few days am gonna make another cut. I feel fine and now know dropping by more than a few mg is not good for me. Hopefully within 2 to 3 weeks I will be pill free.

Steady as she goes, it takes 4-6 weeks to get in your system so apply the same when weaning off,

im new to this forum i have taken mix of 20 mg cipralex 1 mg risperdal a 1pill of remron for about 4 month
i then cut it all in 1 day a sufferd for the last 2 month terrible depression down feeling like never before
i then been given cymbalta i used it 4 days but i have read so many bad storys about it now i think to stop it a start the cipralex agian
i do feel better with the cymbalta but im a bit scerd from what users say about it
can any one help opinion please?

a been very much down last 2 month now
it dident work so well after 4 month any more
i have taken cymbalta 4 days now a it improve my mood but after reading posts about it i dont want to use it
i think i try going back to cipralex
