PLease help and list symptoms

hi all

pains in lower stomach specialy on my ovulation and periods, wind like a jet stream to a release of a valve, still smelly to deadly at times. now the wind movedments in my back make my skin crawl you feel it rolling round and it honestly sounds like farting inside my back!!!!! the bloating makes me look like im six moths humpped and i feel it!!!!! although im deffo not lol. my back hurts so bad at times and my legs ache, shooting pains in me bum crude but true, and just generaly feeling low and moody and emotional lol feel like im going out of my mind but i laff at myself coz i no im making it worse!!! hahahahah suffered since i was 19 now 31 got worse after i had my 2 girls.

wow, i empathize with all of you!
my symptoms are
hyperactive bowel
stomach noise/sloshing
nausea
gas
and, of course, even though i have had these symptoms for many years, i still obsess about them and think that instead of IBS/anxiety they represent a life-threatening illness.
