Upper abdominal pain and light headed ness

Hi guys this is my first post

since last friday ive been haveing pain in my upper right abdomin and sometime in the uppar left and bottom left i am also feeling a bit light headed and have a bit of trouble with my eyes when trying to focus ive been looking at google and geting my self into all kinds of worry i went to see a doctor who told be it is prob gastritis with a bit of a viral infection and gave me tablets to take once a day but im still worrying

How bad is the pain, apart from the pain and light-headedness, any other symptoms? Are there any reasons for you to be stressed or anxious? Try and work through what may be at the bottom of this. It could be gastritis, do you drink much? Do you feel sick or nauseous? It's easy to get yourself into a tizz, focusing on the symptom so much that sometimes you miss the obvious.
