this is the very reason i stopped drinking...some people it dont bother but peeps wiv anxiety it can sometimes play havic wiv ya heart beats,.... dont worry love but i would ease off...its not worth it! I have non alcoholic pear cider if i have guests at home and there are some fab non alcy beers... cobra do a great one...no one would ever know...then just have a couple of glasses of wine x

No heart attack. Drink plenty of water and walk around outside with lost of air. Dowse your self with cold water.

After a while it will ease, but remember ur pulse will stay fast for a while. Stick a movie on to ignore it.

my anxiety and heart beat is always worse when i have had alot to drink as well, I feel tired as you do after a heavy night but can never relax if i try to sleep as my insides wont let me, usually takes me until the next day to feel right, makes you wonder whether having a drink is worth it.
