Thought I'd share more diet tips I found out that's making me much better.


About 2 weeks ago I was out with a friend in the car when I siddenlyfeel very tired, so much so that I can't wake myself - I'm almost comatose. Getting sick of this happeneing I made an appointment with my GP.



Almost immediately I started thinking what I was eating and if it was related to this - and for some reason I thought of potato. I was having chips with every meal.


So, I've removed nightshade vegetables from my diet - and I feel wonderful. Less feeling tired in the afternoon and breathing easier.


Keep looking at your diet- I'm sure it has a lot to do with how we feel.
