I feel like im going to die!!!

Hello, im a normal girl but I went to the doctors recently and I have a yeast infection, and an irritable bowel(problems with digestive tract). She gave me fluconazole maybe a week ago for 3 days, but my infection isnt gone. Im scared I will develop invasive candidas where it spreads to the bloodstream or other parts of the body and you can die. I also saw that this only happens if you have a very weakened immuned system like leukeimia or something. Btw I had this yeast infection for like 3 or so weeks now. Help!!

You’ll be ok. It would take some time to spread and you’d notice other symptoms in the meantime.
If your infection hasn’t gone, then go back to your gp.

If you don't get any resolution of your problem ask to see a gynaecologist or other specialist.
