    Flushed cheeks and dizziness?

    Hey all,

This is a new one for me :-/ Am having a horrible day at work today, my cheeks are permanently flushed and I'm feeling ridiculously dizzy, like I'm about to pass out (or like I'm very, very tired!!)

Is it likely to be the anxiety playing up? Am starting to worry myself in case it's something else :-/

    Thanks x

Hi x Dehydration can cause dizzyness.....also, have you eaten today?
I think as its so cold out, we are probably sitting around in central heating more than usual, this could be why your cheeks are flushed....

    Have a breather and a cuppa. x

Emily, as soon as my anxiety flares up a little my ears turn bright red and burn, could be a similar thing, take some deep breaths, you are going to be fine
