Thread: Yorkshire or North - Support/Social groups?

Re: Yorkshire or North - Support/Social groups?

    Hello everyone,
I'm new to NMP and have just recently moved from Harrogate to Leeds to study. I like the idea of meeting up in a group and will be back and forth to harrogate for appointments.

Re: Yorkshire or North - Support/Social groups?

    Hi Everyone

Going through a bad patch at the moment and don't really feel capable of doing much apart from work which I manage to drag myself too. I also am now working irregular hours which may make meeting up for me difficult. I would hate to set up a meeting then fail to turn up myself.

If anyone wants to be brave enough to just suggest a time and a place, maybe all those who are interested could come along? It seems a shame not to try and do something when quite a few of us could probably do with the support. It doesn't really matter if there aren't many of us, even if only a handful can get there it could still be very helpful to some people.

Count me in Ju.Ann. It would be nice to see a group start up in Yorkshire. York would be Ideal and central with easy transport facilities (trains etc.)

There's a slight chance I can make it (supposed to be visiting my brother in Milton Keynes but if weather isn't good I'm not going cause it's in caravan). Keep us informed when you have time/place decided. x

    Hi Everyone,

I would love a meet up. Not doing too fantastic at the moment, especially with distance and travelling, but I will try my best to come along as I really do want to.

Hope to see you all there. Take care

Don't give up on the meet up everyone, just cos I can't go. Contact each interested member and see who is still going.
