I started eating apples from 2006.I eat a lot every week.I have found that fresh apples are good for easing anxiety.As I had ocd from 2006 onwards it stopped me doing many things.I was given some apples and I love them.What I discovered was the apples helped make a little progress.Its enough to be an improvement.

You cant gain weight eating several apples a day.So dont be concerned about that factor.I dont eat the apple core.I like chilled apples.I keep them in the fridge,take them out,chop them up put into a plastic container and put in the freezer for 40 minutes.Yum.
