    Sharp pain mid-chest

    I am having a sharp pain in my mid chest, under my left breast, but toward the middle. Any ideas on what could cause this? Or ideas on how to help the pain?

    i get this and if i press the skin against my ribs there it feels very sore i was told its inflammation of the chest wall x
