herbal?hypnosis?help?!

hi all,

so i thought i had this anxiety thing under control...appararently not as its just almost ruined a short break away!
I still dont want to go to the docs and get some medication as i dont believe in it and i dont want to be drowsy!
has anyone tried herbal stuff? i tried bachs but it didnt work, do Kalms work? hypnosis is my next stop i think.

do u know what i think we're in the exact same boat!
i tried bachs too and they're useless when you have a lot of anxiety!
I saw an advert for kalms the other day and am planning on trying them out too!
and as for hypnosis, paul mckenna is pretty good! it worked for me,, but i think you need to keep on listening to it!
i'm planning on going to a proper hypnotist though because i want an easy fix to just wipe away anxiety (and also my phobia of public speaking!)
hopefully we can both do it!!

I haven;t tried herbal medication for anx but i know the herbal nytol is good for sleep.

sleep is ok, its daytime for me, i think i might try kalms!
