is worrying myself sick making me sick?

hi ceecee yes i do get them but it does get easy for you to manage it is very hard to do it but think positive when i feel like that i go around the house saying i think i will paint this room today and painting is my own theorpy and its great i do a lot of positive thinking when am painting you will get there love detty

i worry why im not eating then its all starts by dry mouth then the nausea comes then finally i throw up its like a vicious cirlce i no its worry that is causing this but its so hard not to worry when u are in that state of mind. it all started 4 years ago i had a breakdown i tried antidepressants and they made my symptoms worse so then i was referred to a counciler CBT which done the world of good . i got over it and had no symptoms at all then 4 weeks ago i relapased and yes its back again i no i can get over it cause ive done it before but when it hits you its really hard to deal with .....

Yes worry can make u sick or sicker. I know because a LOT IF NOT MOST of my physical symptoms are DRIVEN by anxiety & worry. It is a vicious cycle that is very hard to stop because it can be hard to shut off the mind. Personally, I think most peo with emotional issues are quite bright because their mind is so active .
