Spotted Dick is a symptom of diabetes. I'm not saying you are diabetic but it is a symptom of diabetic neuropathy. Best treatment is Trimovate Cream.
    All the best WW.

My Dad has just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Will be worth getting tested for i think as i do eat a lot of sugary things.

Diabetes has nothing to do with eating sugary things. It's about your pancreas not producing enough insulin to get rid of excess sugar, and is often hereditory, so if your father has it theres a good chance that you do too.
Sorry for the doom and gloom

This can be like someone else said from touching it all the time, also masturbating for too long at a time can cause this. I have a little red blotch now and after being very drunk it took me an hour!!! lmao

Masturbation is the most overrated passtime going. I'd rather have a cup of tea and a couple of custard creams

Sorry not been on this site for a while.

Anyway my condition is much improved now. I still get the odd blotch here and there but compared to how it was before, it has improved greatly.

I started by not putting anything on it and just leaving it. I stopped having salt baths and i stopped looking at it 100 times a day. I clean it inside out thoroughly every day, also rubbing a bit of baby oil on it.

Everything seems to be almost back to normal but since this has happened the glans on my penis have gone quite pale with some bruising colours on the underneath. My Doctor said not to worry and this is quite common as there are lots of blood vessels in the area.

As you can imagine i am very happy to have a normal looking penis again.
