Middle finger pain?

I just had a sudden throbbing rush in my left middle finger like i could feel the pulse it went to my left wrist, it scared me! now my finger feels a bit stiff and achey dont know if its cos im thinking about it
however it scared me so much thought it was my heart

You don't feel heart problems in one finger.

You probably bent it back or pulled it a bit. It should settle down while you sleep.
