In a bad way again

Hoping someone can help me my breathing is awful its really scaring me feels like my heart is just gonna stop has anyone had this?

Hi, Sorry your feeling so bad. I have had this too its terrible. Its the anxiety that is too high making you feel this way. If you phone no panic after 10pm they have a telephone recording that helps you to correct your breathing and calm you down. I hope you feel better soon.

I had this feeling this morning too and it is horrible! All we can do is try to correct it by doing some deep abdominal breathing excercises. I have a CD and also some free ones I've downloaded online. It does help..sometimes not right away but it takes practice to learn how to breathe properly again. Us anxiety suffered tend to breathe quickly and shallow which just makes the "not being able to breathe right" sensation so much worse!
