Flu & high pulse rate

Hi all,

Ive developed a bit of flu and all day my pulse rate has been about 97bpm

Is this normal with flu?

My pulse is usually between mid 60bpm and mid 70bpm

Absolutely very normal as body tries to fight infection, what Carrera said with bells on

Whenever I have a virus with temperature this is the thing that always freaks me the high pulse all the time but it is completely normal and how the body fights infections, it goes hand in hand with the temp and the aches.
