Zopiclone or Zolpidem sleeping tabs???

Hi, i really need a decent nights sleep tonight so going to take sleeping tablet, just looked in my med cupboard lol and i have Zolpidem 10mg and Zopiclone 7.5mg, which one is the most effective if any of u have took them?? xx

I've not tried Zolpidem but Zopiclone are bloody good, but beware they can be addictive. And make sure they don't interact with anything you're on or another health condition. don't drink with them either

Never taken Zolpidem so can't comment on them. Zopiclone should give you a decent nights sleep. Why not half the tablet (it's scored) and see if that works, if your still awake after an hour you could take the other half? I'm on the 3.75mg dose of Zopiclone now.

Thanks i took a zopiclone 7.5mg in the end, it seemed to take a while to kick in but had a full nights sleep on it.....well till 5:30 this morning anyway!! xx
