what dosage for panic attacks?

Hello everyone,

dont know if anyone can help. Have been on Citalopram for about 5 years or so, recently tried to come off, but started getting very low..[V] and am now back on them. I had gradually been weaning of them, and when I was on 10mg I noticed I was having some bad anxiety attacks again so I thought I might as well not be on them, but it was possibly that I was just on too low a dose. Does anyone know what the usual prescribed dose is for panic attacks?

my doctor has put me back on 20mg for now, I just wanted to know if anyone knows: does 10mg generally not work usually for people with panic attacks?

i was put on citalopram 10mg for panic attacks. I was on them for 6 months and they worked great for me.
