Upped 20mg to 40mg,should i expect side effects?

Hey everyone,
Hope everyone is doing ok.
as the title says really, I've upped to 40mg as my sleep pattern has become erractic again and I could feel some sneaky anixety creeping back in, not like before but there none the less. On the whole mood wise I feel great (for a change) so positve start...

I've only noticed twitchy legs and had a bit of a headache but i'm smilin'

I was constantly tired for the first few weeks but now im over that, just have to deal with my other anxiety symptoms now :(

Good luck hun ive just upped to 30mg today and praying side effects dont return x x

The increase in dose may cause some initial side effects, but they are usually short lived, but never as bad as starting the meds, i too have increased in the past, and found it helped, hope it helps you too x

Don't know how it relates but my side effects lasted a week, going 10 to 20mg. Fatigue stayed about the same at both doses after adjusting. I drink coffee enough to be alert when needed.

Im on day 5 of upping to 30mg and yesterday the heightened anxiety came and still here today is this normal?? X x
