Can anxiety cause.... & Google

Hi, I just thought i would share.
I was in a terrible state with google a few weeks ago, spending all my time on there worrying myself to bits with symptoms.
I then decided when i got a new or scary symptom i would type into google 'can anxiety cause (then the symptom)' this does help because so far all the symptoms i have tried have come back as yes its anxiety.
It has not stopped my anxiety but at least its stopped me adding to it and scaring mysef. I hope this might help someone else with there health worries.

I do go to anxiety websites and read the symptom lists. They always make me feel better.

I try to stay away from googling symptoms..it just makes anxiety worse.

agree with liliana83 it can take over your life googling everything at times its just not worth it :( be strong ..
