depression and anxiety

I have the most awful fear of losing my parents which has affected me my whole life. Has anyone else experienced this. I worry about most things but this is my worse fear and like some fears that are irrational I know this one will hapen one day. Please help.

Hi Anne,

I think we all worry about that. Mine are still alive yet I remember them when they were years younger than I am now.

Maybe what you are actually afraid of the passage of time.

All you can do is live one day at a time and make them happy if you can. They'll enjoy the life they have and you'll have no regrets.

Better to think of today and not the day they'll pass away until it happens. Can you brighten up their day today?
