I keep having to nod my head, as in throw it forwards forcefully.
Been doing it for 4 days now....
People keep looking at my weirdly but I cant help it, it's like an obsession.
Causing me head cramps, aches and neck ache :(

Fear can keep us up all night long, but faith makes one fine pillow.
I havn't expeiranced this before but i use to have in one stage in my life where i would contiunously move my eyes round either clockwise or anti clockwise. And if i roated them once one way i would then have to then rotate them back the same amounts of time. Use to give me bad headacts somtimes. Took me some time to stop but after a while i just forgot about doing it. Now thats in the past and will stay there. Im sure the same will happen too yourself.
