Hi Guys,
My GP said to double to Prozac to 40mg a day, so I took another tablet at lunchtime today and no side effects yet

Funnily I've had the best day I've had in 2 weeks! So maybe the lower dose were starting to work anyway - I don't care as long as I get better. I've been busy today, after walking to Dr's, doing some shopping, I spent the afternoon with friends and was able to forget about the anxiety and actually felt pretty normal.

There's hope for us all
Oh and the puppy party was good accept Pep decided to walk underneath bigger pup just as he did a wee and got weed on all over her head!

Thank you, I've even written myself a little note incase I wake up feeling crappy, to remind me that I can feel normal again and when I feel well - life is pretty darn good

Not very good here I'm afraid. After a not too bad day yesterday the anxiety is back with a vengeance. More red tape about the chainsaw course and it's showery here so no painting today. Mrs W working until 9 so not much to do other than laptop, tv, xbox, washing knickers and doing housework.

Just an observation here. When I'm not doing too well the dog seems to know. Normally when I take her for a walk and let her off the lead she's off doing doggy stuff, but today in particular she stayed by my side except for when she had a dump. Love my doggy

Aw! I miss mine so much! Animals are so intuitive. My cats sense when I'm not feeling well and come and lie really close to me.
