hiya, not a bad day today, but not as good as yesterday, i dont feel very anxious, and my mood is'nt too bad, but i lack motivation, i hope that will get better.

mr w glad you had a good break away, yes a change of scenery is a good distraction, sorry you still feel depressed, i know how crap that is when your mood is low, the panda's at edinburgh zoo will cheer you up on thursday xx

Glad you are having better days - really pleased for you.

I have not been good again - really bad anxiety as if someone is twisting a knife in my stomach - I have had to succumb to 2 lorazepam today as felt horrid. Went to Sainsbury but felt weird and detached in there. Just hope this chap can sort me out!

Most of us are having a rough Easter - lets hope it gets better.

Weekend was a good diversion Laura but driving back yesterday felt quite low. The weather was shite so didn't take any pics, if you've saw Loch Ness once and all that

Morning all, well im off to the docs as think my ven dose is too high, ever since i increased a wk ago my panic attacks have come back so going to reduce back to what i was on as i was getting better on that dose x x

I'm thinking the same thing Nicola, I've got a lot worse since increasing the Sert to 100. Might reduce it again, see how it goes the next couple of days. Hope you feel better soon
