I know it takes ages on the NHS have to go through the Gateway Workers! Don't get me started! You should not have to pay but I found it to be the only option - fortunately my dear mum is paying - not on though! Mind you though the way I am at the moment - cannot go on holiday or go out socialising?

Had a better afternoon, thought i was losing the plot yesterday.
I'm confused about the advice from the Duty worker. One minute she tells me to go out and distract and the other do relaxation excercises. How can you do both??? i told her yesterday how bad I was feeling and she told me to go for a drive. Is she mad i was shaking and panicky was I safe to drive do you think?

Joy i find driving quite theraputic, often if i feel anxious ill take myself off in my car for a drive, i think it distracts me as i have to concentrate on driving but obvousley if i was on the verge of a panic attack or really bad then i wouldnt get behind the wheel! Glad youve had a better afternoon x x
