hi folks, cuddles to all you ladies, especially sam, nicola, joy and laura who are having a rough time of it at the moment and a manly cuddle for red and mr w, not sure about you aussies ewood when it comes to cuddles but if your happy with it so am i. this illness stretches us the limit. a welcoming cuddle to lilac now ive had the official introduction.

Just got back from my flat, taking beds and tables apart - what fun!

Stayed largely anx-free, so clearly I need a good night's sleep...
