Hi, i was wondering if anyone has had this? i've had bad anxiety/stress accompanied with panic attacks for almost 3 months now, in the last 3 weeks, pretty much every day my head feels like it's spinning and changing direction, even worse when i close my eyes.
at first it felt like it was just dizziness then it went away for awhile, it's come back in the last 3 weeks, I'm scared because it doesn't feel like a normal dizziness, at times it's almost like I'm creating the spinning in my head myself by just thinking about it, it's like a line in my minds eye that just constantly changes direction.
I'm currently taking citalopram, Dunno if that is maybe causing it or just the general anxiety/stress mixed in with bad sleep at least 2-3 times a week, so many possibilities really. Thanks
