Self help books? Suggestions?
HELLO! and happy new year to everyone, ok so ...self help books! anyone have any suggestions? would like to try a self help book before going back to CBT, for CBT is very expensive! So i was thinking for treatment i could read a self help book in conjuction with weekly meetings with my very nice college counsellor who only costs 25 er a go!

Yes, Claire Weekes is the one i would go for first. Excellent.

Yes, Claire Weekes books makes the most sense, and written so simply. There are other books out ther too, but like me, it is easy to read books after books. It's best to stick to a single recommended one and then follow it thoroughly
