Tight chest and numb arm

Has anybody experienced this?

I was walking at a fast pace today, up a hill. Chest went tight and left arm went numb. Heck it scared me, lasted for about 2 mins. Of course I now have heart disease or a pending heart attack:(

I'd see a doc if I were you just to be safe. Even if you are just being anxious your symptoms are still a valid reason to go. Not that i'm a doctor or anything!
It'll hopefully put your mind at rest.
