going blue !

hi all,
i hope you dont think im being silly, but ive got to ask this question, the thing is ive been worrying about this for quite a while now, does anyones legs and feet go blue when crossing them every time i do this they go blue is this normal or do i need to see dr about it i keep thinking ive got a problem with my heart or circulation
