I have started taking cipralex, 5 mg last week and 10 mg this week. I had headaches ast week in diffrent areas of my head, fogginess and tired. This week I fee very spacey and had such a bad headache this morning it felt like my head was going to explode. I am relieved to see that others have made it through this period of transition, as I wanted to quit taking them today. I will keep on trucking as I see that it takes awhile for things to get back to normal.

In my experience these meds took a while to get ramped up, the major benefit however is that the side effects were minimal for me....
Try keeping tracking of your progress in a journal, as the subtleness of these meds may not be noticed day to day but over the long run of a week to a month you can see definite progress.
