haha he certainly did run it too and he did a great job really kept me going..... althoug in all truthfullness when i got to about 11.5 miles ish i was finding it quite tricky to keep moving and then i got ted (who was sat in the pocket on the back of my running tshirt) i remembered what the last measly miles were gonna do and helped me to power on he will defo be joining me on my next race (looking at a duathlon)
