Just thought id check in , still on 40mg , more bad days than good so far , still shakey , still full of anxiety and its still raining !

I don't often recommend this but I think it must be time for a trip back to your GP. Your meds should be helping by now.

Think the cit is starting to kick in prob is they want me to change to sertraline because of the side effects , what to do ?

im on 40mg a day which i take late afternoon which seems to suit me best , im just wondering if its the nice weather thats helped though ?
