Still good thanks pip , not felt this good for as long as i can remember but i dont want to go on about it because i know there are people here still struggling , all i can say to them is dont give up . Im v lucky , i have a fantasic therapist who has turned me around , just wish she was single

you go on about it as much as you want honey, its good to hear from people that there is light at the end of the tunnel and I am sure that no-one grudges the fact that you are feeling good.

Well ive given up therapy now , not sure it was the right time but i made a decision and im on me own now , just me and my citalopram !!! wish me luck

how lucky am i , back to finish therapy with probably the the best therapist you could meet , i feel like she really wants to help and not just going through the motions . top woman
