    not feeling too good

    Felt like this all day now, but starting to feel worse. Feel really sick and anxious

    Hiya,

    Have a nice relaxing soak in the bath, or maybe listen to a relaxation cd or try the breathing exercises, anything you find relaxing so you can chill out until the anxiety calms down.

    Maybe tryinng to relax and taking it easy for the day would help...

    thanks for the replies. Taken a diazepam to see if that helps
