Scared! I feel like I can't breathe and get a good deep breath

I'm really scared I have been the doctors about this like 2 months ago and they couldn't find nothing at that time I had a lump in my throat so it was globas but now it feels like I can't breathe and get a good breath I'm constantly thinking about it and I think I'm going to die...
