withdrawal and feeling sick

Please tell me this is normal to feel sick to the stomach and sometimes even being sick from withdrawal?
ive never felt sick from any other antidepressant withdrawal before, and im worried that the sickness maybe due to pregnancy which i would say is near impossible!

I have been weaning from 75mg to 25mg over the last 2 months and apart from anger outburts and mood swings in the begining, mentally im ok. Its just the sickness that started a few days ago. I reduced the dose from 50mg to 25mg about 3 weeks ago so seems a bit strange that im now having this side effect??

any advice would be great just to put my mind at rest! thanks

couldn't say for sure since I'm going 'up' on sert not coming off.... BUT my doc did say when I started that it may make me sick. It was the only thing she mentioned and she stressed it quite pointedly (interestingly it never happened to me but whatever..), and as supposedly withdrawalls are similar symptoms to the start up side effects, then it would make sense. Maybe ask your doc???

`I hope it doesn't make you sick on withdrawal as I have emetophobia (fear of vomiting) and want to come off these meds soon as feel like a zombie on Sertraline the last 10 months. I couldn't cope with being sick when coming off :(

the sickness didnt last that long and a pregnancy test came back negative

ive just started taking 25mg every other day now as i cant cut the pills. Its only been 3 days so too early to say how i am, fingers crossed it will be plain sailing lol
