Over the last year, I have seen several doctors and each have had completely different opinion as to what meds I should be taking or rather if I should be taking them at all. I remain confused. I am finding that anxiety is not a fixed illness like other aliments you can have. One person's cure might be another person's nightmare. I think it must be hard for doctors to really be sure of what they are perscribing. In my experience, many seem to be using computers and manuals to guide them.
All in all I'm glad to be coming off meds. I am starting to feel more like myself (during the good times) before I went on them. I hope it continues.
Does anyone else have experiences of changing opinions when switching doctors as to what they should take?
