Headaches

Well, week number 5 of headaches, and another Drs appt.

Saw yet another Dr today (8th appt and 5th Dr seen!). She did some neuro tests and looked at eye nerves and said its all ok and if it was anything sinister I would have had other signs. But I am worried about how they increase when I lay down, like pressure in my forehead but she said its tension and tension headaches. I just can't stop worrying.

I'm the same with headaches. Gonna see the gp next week and miandne seem to last all day and goes round the front of my head to temples and neck. I don't really have any other symptoms apartment from that. I think it's a lack of quality sleep and stress. No painkillers help either.
