Urination worries :( feel very down today!!

I know I'm a keep going on about this urinating symptom but can't get it into my head that's it's anxiety, need reassurance please

Ive had the following test:

Urine culture
Full blood tests
Ultra sound of pelvic area ie ovaries, bladder and stuff
Ultra sound of kidneys
Cystoscopy

My doc says they have ruled out everything and think it's anxiety!

Please help me if you know anything about this horrible urination symptom
I've been 3 times already this morning in an hour :(

you are thinking aout it Jayne... too much.. or your a very highly anxious person.

Ive had a wee sample tested for blood last week, came back negative for red cells, so my doctor said i have to forget about the dipsticks and my wee issues, told me i gotta put it to bed, so i have and you know over the last few dys, ive wee'd less and been less anxious...

its a viscious circle jayne and your stuck right in the middle of it all... nothing more..
