How do I describe this?

I have been getting this weird abdominal pain well its in the pelvic area more so on the sides and it moves towards the middle it happens on both sides and can be very painful at times, it usually happens after Ive eaten and sometimes just happens anyway.

The only problem is that I cannot describe the pain properly its like an odd pain like a leaky feeling well even that isnt describing it properly. I was planning on mentioning it to my doctor next time I see her but cant explain the pain properly its like I need her to feel it to know lol.

Can somebody help me out? hopefully you know what I mean by this :(

Mid cycle ovarian pain? Is is a bit niggly and a bit like period pain? When I was young I used to get pain similar to that and it was associated with ovulating ovaries. You would be best to see the Doc and get it diagnosed. Just explain as best you can and I am sure she will be able to pin it down. X

thanks. I dont think it is though because I get it anytime and pretty much everytime. I use to get it once in a blue moon a few years back but now it seems to come everyday.
