Early period

Had a shock this morning, found blood in the toilet, checked my diary and im not due on for another 5 days? of course i freaked out!

Period pains are horrible today had to take pain killers as lower back and belly cramps are bad, its always like this on day one.

Is it normal to come on early? plus anxiety bad, feel like i can take a gasp of air, i just need someone to tell me theyve been through the same :(

menstrual cycles can vary through out your life .........mine did .sometimes 3 weeks up to 5 weeks and no reason.
Your anxiety will be high with all the hormones as well as the worry .
Oh the joys of womanhood eh?

Have a lazy day with hot water bottle and curl up on sofa ..and dont worry if you can . All normal .

Thank you for the reasurance, its just what I needed, my other half doesnt have a clue what im going through so i need a girlie chat!
I will defiantly do as you say, sofa check, water bottle hubby making it

Its terrible what us women have to go through!

Mine are all over the place since I became unwell - were always around 28 days. Have had all the symptoms, dragging pain, bloated feeling, etc for around 7 days and nothing. Fed up with it

here here! im 2 weeks late, not preggers and only 31, had severe period pain last week no period. ive read even if you miss a period its cool, just meand that you didnt ovulate that month! x

Sounds pretty normal to me..when someone is stressed out it could either come earlier than expected or later. Also, if you are on the pill..it helps regulate the time it comes..so it will be the same day, every month.
