Free CD my eye!!!!

Being that almost every night is a insomnia celebration these days, I get the joy of watching infomercials late at night.
This one came on for a program that is supposed to help with anxiety and depression.
It said call today for your FREE CD.
So I called because I have come so far but I really need help to keep improving!
The customer service lady asked me about my anxiety, how long, what have you tried to overcome it, what meds have you been on, etc...
So she gets all my shipping info and then tells me it's $14.95 for shipping, I get to keep it for 2 weeks and if I like it and want to keep it it's 6 payments of $49.00!
Yeah right then I'd be worried about finances and it would make my anxiety worse!!

So much for FREE!!!

This sort of thing isnt allowed here Sandy .We have a Govt Body ,called Trading standards .Where these sort of people can be prosecuted .You wouldnt believe the Scams some people do to others .It can cause terrible distress in some cases and large financial losses .."Off with their heads "I say ..IF it looks to good to be true it often is .No such thing as a free lunch .....Sue x

Well it said it was a CBT based program so I thought I might try it but not with that kind of price tag!
The creator says she used to suffer too Sue so how the hell she can live with herself knowing what she's charging is beyond me!
