    Felling really anxious and panicky

    Hey guys tonight I'm felling very anxious and sort of spaced out had the flu for the last week...was depressed last night but tonight just felling panicky will I get better been going okay since I've had this flu.and when does the flu leave

    Hi Bukendaa,

    I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so low at the moment. The flu mixed with anxiety has to be a bad thing to go through!

    I think the reason why you're feeling panicky is due to your anxiety. Try to relax and don't worry about it - if anything, see it as a positive thing that finally your flu is going away!

    Try some deep breathing exercises, relaxation and also have a long, hot bath, get in your PJs and read a good book or do something you enjoy.

    Let the feelings pass and your current negative mentality will pass with them.
