It is highly unlikely to be honest!
If you are well enough to be posting this then I don't think it is anything to worry about

Sure you're OK but avoid cracking your neck - it's no good.

So it cracked/clicked when you turned it?
There are loads of nerves in the neck and it can cause these sensations if you inadvertently click or crack it.
I doubt whether it's anything like a blood clot and the tingling should go.

I had a neck operation last year and was told by my physio to keep moving my head from side to side, it will click and may have some tingling but that is just the nerves in my neck, so not to worry. the sighns of blood clot is a change in your vision, and a very severe pain in your head plus a very high temperature.
hope your ok

Thank you i am alright now i think its tmj which im diagnosed with anyway any tingle in mu head makes me jump to conclusions
Ahhh ok maybe you should have told us about the TMJ as well.
Tingles in head do not necessarily mean anything serious so next time remember this and try and rationalise it and you will be ok
