Tickle

Here i go again,

does anyone else get a tickle at the back of there throat which ends up making them cough, ony had it since i started having panic and anxiety so i am asuming that it is just another symptom?

defo think thats a sympton, when i feel anxious my throat gets sore and tickly.
I also feel slightly wheezy and cough a little, awwww!
Drinking fruit juices tends to sooth my throat at times

Hi Liz,

Mine started in February and I still get it. So yep I blame my anxiety.

Try not to think of it and it should go away.

Yep I've had that. Sometimes it worries me other times I can just let it go.
