is this because of 100mg sertraline?

hello, i've been awful low lately, and finally went to the docters yesterday morning and incresed my tablets from 50mg to 100mg. I took my first 100mg tablet last night; I woke up this morning feeling numb, weak, heavy and like I'm shaking. If feel so tired also, I can't actually see my body shake but I can feel it, but I can see my hands shake a tiny bit. could someone tell me if its the new tablets? I'm nineteen, I've got server anxiety and depression. also have ocd intrusive thoughts. thankyou for reading, any help or advice is much appreciated.

Hi Sharn, i am also on the 100mg tablet and i get the shakes too.As you said you cant really see the shaking but can feel it. I found just sitting or lying down some where quiet and breath slowly help them go away. Best speak to your Doctor if this continues .
